2011 Weekly Tariff
Bookings periods are per full week - Saturday to Saturday.

We are a non-smoking establishment.
Payment:
A non- returnable deposit of £50 per week is required when booking with the balance payable 14 days before the date of arrival. There is no VAT
charge.
Cancellations:
If you find you are in a position where you need to cancel your booking with us then once we have received written notification we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation, but if we are unable
to do so you will be liable for the balance of the accommodation fee.
Please insure your holidays - it saves cancellation expenses.
